The way I have grown into my confidence. After years of struggling with body image, I've learned to embrace myself fully. I'm no longer defined by the pressure of society or unrealistic expectations. Now, I focus on health, joy and self acceptance. 40 is when I began healing. Each year over 40 brings more wisdom and freedom to be authentically me. It's empowering to live life unapologetically!
How do you stay fabulous?With a holistic approach to the health of my mind, body and spirit. This includes daily and nightly affirmations to keep my mindset positive, a vegetarian diet to nurture my body, exercise for strength and flexibility, meditation to stay grounded, lots of water, self love and travel.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take significant steps to my end goal of living in the Virgin Islands and starting my Destination Wedding business on St. Croix. Funds would go to paying off debt, research, initial licensing and permits. It's a perfect step toward bringing my dream to reality! 3 years and counting!!
