I feel a sense of freedom to venture in any direction. I decide which rules to live by. There's been enough living to have insight, and enough living remains to benefit from that awareness. I have lived experience with and without technology. A greater emphasis on longevity is creating space for thoughtful consideration & value on meaningful routines, lifestyles, and relationships. I have come to know myself with a more gracious lens and that feels better than my younger, more critical self.
How do you stay fabulous?I keep an open mind and a sense of humor. I intentionally build friendships in the workplace. I set myself up for accountability by sharing goals and telling on myself when I miss my mark. I try new things including 60 days/hot yoga and 60 days/erg rowing this year. I avoid age-specific limitations and expectations. I travel and attend live music as much as possible. I'm a strong advocate for others and learning self-advocacy. 3+ blowouts/month and learning the importance of skincare.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am hoping to learn more about investment strategies to maximize a meaningful down payment on a place to call home! I would also love to launch a children's book line exploring destinations through the lens of the cats I sit.
