More wisdom to LISTEN to others. The road has been full of interesting set backs and I have come out stronger than even I can believe. It's harder to look fabulous and doing yoga or pushing myself to get back into the fight is harder as I can say " ok, I'm 68 years old I can be just retired, but NO!!"
How do you stay fabulous?By challenging myself. I had to overcome some difficulties with bullies and squatter rapist and didn't get the police protection nor court protection. Years ago, I started a non profit organization Action Based Care, whete the mission was to do an active activity to ward off depression. I'm struggling to find board members/Tribe. My active activities include sailing, a professional captain, skiing, a former ski instructor, yoga, walking and cleaning house with gusto:).
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest into the nonprofit organization Action Based Care. My dream is to invest in sailboats, housing in recreation areas so that people can create a TRIBE of living healthy lifestyle and to encourage travelers to take in owners into this program so that they don't have to deal with horrible people who have taken advantage of my trusting nature. Hopefully, if they are owners not renters they can appreciate the property/sailboat. Too many people are looking for a free ride.
