How do you stay fabulous?Number one is: 🧠💪🏼. Think happy, be happy. I move every day--usually reformer Pilates, which I've done for 25 years. Also Krav Maga, barre, belly dancing and roller skating. I love walking my dog, spending time with family and friends, traveling and I make eating healthfully every day a priority. 💛✨
