I do a lot of walking, bike riding & walking up and down the stairs to Try to stay in shape, and occasionally exercise but not like I need to.

What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my spouse pay off his credit card, and take a relaxing Vacation because, I just recently loss my Mom and if anyone one has there Mother they should cherish them
