I love how I’ve settled into myself, discovered my true purpose in life, and walk, talk and breathe that purpose every day. I love how I grew to love and accept myself. I don’t filter pictures because I embrace all that is me in this stage in my life. I raised 4 kids by 40 and am now a grandma. I’ve developed the best relationship with my husband of 24 years. Maturity and wisdom comes gracefully as I move through this exciting stage in my life! Laugh lines, gray hairs, and all of that!
How do you stay fabulous?I embrace this stage of my life every day. I live my life to the fullest, a life I didn’t think I’d have as I didn’t think I’d make it to 40. I stay fabulous by acknowledging how far I’ve come and know the years are getting better and better. I volunteer for NAMI and put a lot of energy into mental health support, education and advocacy. I am also 6.5 years sober which keeps me fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would renew my vows next year for our 25th anniversary and throw a big party as we didn’t have that. I’d take the honeymoon we never had. I’d take my girls on a spa day and take my grandkids to Disney! I’d also add a bitchin’ tattoo to my body art collection!
