At 44, I look and feel better now than I did in my 20s and now have wisdom and wealth. I have a lot of knowledge gained through life experience and life lessons, financial stability, an established career, great friends and family, full self confidence and self assurance, heightened EQ, the ability to hold space for others and an abundance of love to share with the world.
How do you stay fabulous?Eating healthy and cooking all my meals from scratch, working out daily, practicing yoga, staying positive and seeing the silver lining in all situations, holding space for others, learning new things, working hard, volunteering as a sports coach, running a cottage bakery side hustle selling vegan and gluten free baked goods at the farmers market, playing ukulele, traveling, being an active friend, sister, daughter, aunt, leading by example and holding myself and others to high standards.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in expanding my food business, PERF (People Eating Real Food) and go on a trip to visit La Vimea vegan hotel in Italy as well as visit the Italian and Greek islands.
