These practices help reset my body, boost my energy, and promote balance. Whether it’s intermittent fasting or a detox plan, I find that these routines refresh my system and help me feel lighter.In addition to caring for my body, I focus on my mind with personal development books.
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd be a hypocrite if I said I wouldn't want a little vacation for me and my family. But I want to invest a large part of my earnings in my visibility so that I can help as many women as possible to take care of their physical and mental health. My transformation can be an example for anyone
