What I love about being over 40 is seeing how much growth I have done all the way untill now. I don't think that we give ourself enough credit for all the small accomplishments we had to get to where we are now. To be able to love yourself and feel confident and to know your still sexy and beautiful even if your over 40. There was a time in my life were I lacked boundaries with people and now I feel even more confidant putting up healthy boundaries and understanding were my audience stands.
How do you stay fabulous?I feel in order to stay fabulous you really need to look deep inside yourself and do some deep soul searching. Being honest with yourself on what can I improve. Girl.... thats a long list..lol. I found that self care is so important! My massages are theraputic helps my body to be able to function. My weightlifting class helps me when I'm angry or sad it really does help me to relax. Having a burn book. Write down whats really hurting, bothering you and at the end burn it. Just let it all go!
What would you do with the $40,000?The 40,000 will let me reinvest in my business with revamping my space, purchase more equiptment and finally be able to pay for advance training and certifications. Improving my skill set. The best investment is in yourself. I also want to start an academy where I am able to teach post training making students feel more confidant and help them learn more advance techniques. Finally, to give back. To help an organization that will help empower women and girls. So they know that they are enough.
