What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in expanding my health coaching practice to reach more women over 40, creating wellness programs focused on joy, mindful eating, yoga, meditation, and work-life balance. A portion would go toward supporting hispanic women on their healing journey, ensuring the funds have a lasting impact on the health and well-being of others.
