Being over forty is liberating. I’ve grown, gained independence, and found purpose. I love traveling, spending time with loved ones, and living life on my terms. Challenges no longer intimidate. I’m grateful for my support network. Over forty, I’ve found a balance of independence and connection, adventure and stability. Each day is a new opportunity to embrace life’s joys and challenges with confidence and grace.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by continually learning, growing, and connecting. I prioritize my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and self-care are essential. I’m redefining my personal style and exploring creative outlets through reading, writing, dancing, and singing. Most importantly, I nurture deep connections with loved ones daily. These practices contribute to my overall well-being and keep me feeling fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000 Fab Over 40 contest, I’d dream big! I’d plan a trip to Scotland with my friends, a lifelong dream. To support our family’s growth, I’d invest in expanding our farm. Giving back to the community is important, so I’d donate to our local nonprofit garden and farmers market. Any remaining funds would go toward decorating my new home. This win would be a dream come true, allowing me to pursue passions and support causes I care about.
