Connect What do you love about being over 40?

Embracing who I am and being proud of my identity, is an area that continues to afford me the most fulfillment. Being Thankful for my life experiences, both good and bad because they led me to become the woman I am today. Openness to new experiences and changes in the world helped me learn the importance of being adventurous and open-minded and allows me to embrace change with courage and optimism. Lifetime learning helps me grow as a person and allows me to meet new cultures and places.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by finding new opportunities to grow and evolve as a person. Continuing to learn new things and meet new people offers me diversity and broadens my world-view. Having mindfulness of others around me helps me find purpose in life. Serving others offers me joy. Embracing change with courage and optimism because every experience is a new opportunity to learn and experience life. Seeing the positive in situations helps me embrace life with a grateful heart.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would give a portion of the money to an orphanage for children. This would serve others who are most vulnerable and in need. It would also create opportunities for shared joy because it creates special moments when we watch children who experience happiness, and who need it the most. I would also save a portion of the money to invest. Honestly, I have always wanted to visit Europe at Christmas. A trip to Europe to experience the Christmas Markets is a memory I will always cherish.
