I am 46 and have three grown children. I am a Builder Relations Manager with a real estate team and am single and loving my freedom!!

It is truly a blessing being able to witness my children become beautiful adults. Having raised them as a single mother, we have all overcome adversity and become stronger through so many struggles together. I am so proud of the people they are becoming. I’m also loving the freedom of having older children that allows me to further develop my career and education.
How do you stay fabulous?I am always enrolled in courses learning about advancing technology. In my free time I like to spend time with family. I also go running with friends, and care for my rescue animals (two dogs, two cats and a tortoise). I also am a yoga instructor and I enjoy doing yoga with friends.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off school debt, donate to the animal shelters where I volunteer, move to a safer neighborhood and take my children on a much needed vacation!! :)
