What do I love about being over 40 ? I love the wisdom I have earned, the silver hairs that sprout proudly from my crown. I love all the dimples and scars I have accumulated over time. I love the roundness of my body and my stretchmarks. I love that I have finally learned to love MYSELF unconditionally.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying true to myself. Whatever that looks or feels like at the time. Clothes, makeup and aesthetics have no age limit. I stay fabulous by always learning and listening to the wisdom around me. By working on myself consistently to become the most healed and happy version of myself I can be.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would start a Mastectomy/Compression Boutique that is a safe space for ALL. Breast cancer affects everyone and NO ONE should feel excluded from care, or fear seeking the help they need. Providing a space for ALL patients (PTSD, Anxiety, History of Abuse/Assault, LGBTQIA+, etc.) to feel safe and protected in a service that already asks vulnerability of it's clients.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
