How do you stay fabulous?I work out twice a day, but i dont do boring gym workouts all the time anymore. I am competitive in Pickleball, equestrian showjumping, sailing and road cycling. I eat really well but dont deny myself anything. I am in the best shape of my life. I wear sunblock and take supplements. Most importantly i make sure my mental health stays right where is needs to be
