I turned 40 in March 2024, and I’m in the best shape of my life! I work out Monday through Saturday and maintain a healthy diet.

Not sure I’d say I love being 40, lol! I feel great overall, but I can definitely see and feel the signs of aging.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out as often as I can, usually around six days a week. I focus on lifting weights, staying consistent with cardio, and making healthy choices in my diet. I maintain a positive mindset and strive to live each day as happily as possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?Take my family on a fun beach vacation to a destination we’ve only dreamed of but never visited.
