I have made wonderful friends and maintained meaningful relationships. I can appreciate the freedom of being able to embrace individuality, pursue passions, & enjoy a deeper sense of self-acceptance. I have a greater focus on health and well-being, along with a more relaxed attitude toward societal pressures. It’s a time for personal growth.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 involves a mix of self-care, confidence, and embracing new experiences. I prioritize my physical and mental health. I invest in self care and cultivate supportive and positive relationships. I focus on gratitude and embrace life long learning. I strive every day to feel fabulous and empowered.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would continue to invest in my health and wellness. I would invest in a business to help new grad nurses be successful in the first year of nursing. I would also invest in my children’s education and lastly I would travel.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
