I'm at the point in my life where I don't spend time obsessing about whether or not someone likes me. You realize your worth and if you aren't someone's cup of tea, you are going to be someone's cup of wine! I also feel like I'm at a great age to dispense life advice to my, gulp, almost 20 year old daughter, and sound like I have it together. I'm not too distant from where she is in life, but I can help her navigate it with a little more knowledge in her back pocket.
How do you stay fabulous?Surround yourself with supportive people, love on your family and friends, make time for them, but also make time for YOURSELF! I'm always down for new traveling adventures and different creative outlets. As a mom, I will often put aside things I need/want to make sure that my kids receive what they need/want. I'm discovering how I can achieve a balance as each year passes.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to plan more trips with my family but since I haven't perfected that "balance" in my life just yet, I will most likely pay bills and put money back for my kids education. Maybe I'll throw in some home improvements to make my happy place just a little bit more comfortable.
