The life experiences so far have taught me to love myself, prioritize my relationships with family and friends and to know my own worth. I am mindful of how and with whom I spend my time and energy. I understand that I am better at everything when I take care of myself and make sure my health and happiness are a priority.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by contributing to the success, health and happiness of my family, friends and the athletes I work with. I also stay fabulous by running 20 or so miles each week, reading science fiction and fantasy books, having an occasional dance party, cooking healthy meals, and staying up to date on new developments in the exercise science world.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband and I were high school sweethearts and we had limited resources when we started out. We also had 3 kids by the time I was 26. Because of this, I would love to travel with friends and family , in addition to a romantic trip with my husband because we didn't have a honeymoon. My son is in the Marines and I would love to go and see him where he is stationed often. I want to be generous in all ways with the people I love to contribute to their health and happiness.
