Turning 40 was a massive transition for me to meet myself exactly where I am, loving myself and embracing who I am becoming.

How do you stay fabulous?It's essential to find balance, slow down, and not take things too seriously. Enjoying the small things and being more present can make a big difference. Some of the things I do include starting every day with gratitude by saying three things I'm grateful for before getting out of bed, practicing meditation, using affirmations, staying hydrated, doing yoga, being gentle with myself, and making sure self-care is a priority just as much as caring for others.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest into my small business, pay down some debt, buy a new-to-me car outright, take my kids on a family vacation and book once-a-month spa days for an entire year to celebrate me with some TLC!
