I turned 40 on valentines this year. I’m a mom of two teenagers. I own a resale shop and love to garden, even though I’m not that great.
We would like to thank you for supporting Amber Lacey in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.

Receive Text UpdatesTurning 40 scared me at first but once the day came I realized I’m in the decade of my life to be me and not give a crap what others think. I’ve slowly become more comfortable in my skin and taking time for me. This is my time to be me and show my daughter that aging is not something to be scared of and to own it.
How do you stay fabulous?Honestly nothing crazy. I try to eat the best I can. I do eat out or have that bowl of ice cream. I try to go to the gym or run a couple times a week. I have always loved the gym since I was a teen. I started late but I wear sunscreen when out on the lake now because I’m not liking the age spots. Facials here and there help too.
What would you do with the $40,000?Help pay off some bills and take one of my dream trips to Spain with my family.
