I’m more comfortable in my own skin than I’ve ever been. It’s true that youth is wasted on the young. I love myself and embrace my authenticity. I’m enjoying this time of my life more than any. I feel fabulous inside and out.
How do you stay fabulous?It’s starts with a solid 8 hrs of sleep, and 2L alkaline hydration daily. I practice intermittent fasting & HIIT a few times a week. Mindfulness daily. Eating whole raw foods and embracing the outdoors. Really get into my bedtime routine especially skincare. Also keeping my mind sharp by engaging in social and political activities.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would travel for the rest of my life. I lost my daughter at 20 - got robbed of my travel buddy. But I want to see the world still. And I know she’s still with me 🤍
