I love being a Mommy, I adopted my son at birth when I was 38, so being over 40 raising a little one with special needs is challenging, but I love it!!!! I also work full time as a hospice nurse, and recently lost my Dad unexpectedly in July. I love being there for my patients and patients family. I believe my age provides experiences and wisdom I didn’t have in my younger years of nursing. I just love what I do and completely EMBRACE my age!!!
How do you stay fabulous?I most importantly focus on my mental and spiritual health so I can be the best woman I can be with my family and patients. Family is everything to me. My Mom and sister are my best friends. But I enjoy going for walks, reading books and focusing on my Faith!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to move closer to a school that specializes in children with ADHD and autism. I would also donate to charity’s to strengthen the resources for the kiddos in need!
