Being over 40 gives me the ability to use all the life lessons thus far in everyday life. I absolutely love that I have finally accepted and embraced that I am not chocolate. So I cannot and will not make everyone happy and that it’s ok!
How do you stay fabulous?I am learning to embrace slowing down, trying to not get excited/worked up, and drinking more water. I have been trying to put me and my mental/physical health first so I can be the best I can be for my family.
