What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay my mom house off. She got screwed over while purchasing her home and had to repurchase it. She got done so wrong and not one time have she complained about it. She just work her butt off and keep going. She have been done so wrong in so many circumstances, she deserves grace/ some magnificent to happen for her. I would definitely give it to her.. she is literally the best.
