I’m 43, I work full time and am currently going to school for my bachelors. I work out regularly and enjoy anything sports related.

How do you stay fabulous?I work out 4-5 times a week, active with my job, and enjoy my church family and friends.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am a single mom of three. I would definitely pay off debt and put money down on a home for me and my children.
