What I love most about being over 40 is witnessing my kids blossom into young adults and chase their dreams. Starting our family early has allowed my husband and me to remain young at heart, exploring new places and savoring life together. We've built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter, and family remains my greatest treasure. This chapter is all about celebrating our journey and embracing the adventures that lie ahead! How do you stay fabulous?I use holistic wellness through internal vitamins and carefully choosing what I apply to my body and consume. I also prioritize holistic skincare. I thrive on creating as much as possible at home, from homemade meals to fresh eggs from our backyard—nothing processed, just pure nourishment!
