What would you do with the $40,000?I would take 25% of it and travel, I've never had the opportunity to tour Europe and it's always been on my bucket list for over 40 and fabulous! The rest I would put into savings, now that I'm a home owner it would be amazing to start building a nesting eg going for future expenses
