I love the confidence being over 40 gives you. I’m not afraid to conquer anything at this point and that has helped me be more successful. I also love the example I can be to younger women that investing in your self is the greatest stock you can invest in.
How do you stay fabulous?At this age it takes a little more effort but not much. I exercise regularly, try my best to keep that 80/20 rule on diet and take self care seriously. Making sure to take time to get the massage and facial when needed. I think having a great group of women friends for endless support and effortless laughs is the biggest key. And tackling each day with as much positive energy as you can muster. Making sure to try new things as much as possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to take myself and the amazing women in my tribe on a great vacation to Italy.
