Being over 40 is liberating! I’ve embraced self-love, found balance, and set boundaries to protect my peace. Through meditation, healthy eating, and fun activities like cartwheels, I stay youthful. Losing 70 pounds by transforming my mindset was a major triumph. Now, I empower other women to love their true selves. Life after 40 is about living authentically, unapologetically, and with deep joy!
How do you stay fabulous?Meditation and connecting with nature is what helps me keep my mind fabulous. Bike riding, Mobility exercises and pneumatic exercises help me keeps my fabulous. I'm in the cosmetic industry so I have a plethora of great products to use on my face and body which keeps me looking Fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest some, I would treat myself and put some towards expanding my knowledge and going back to school.
