Self-care has always been important to me. I never skip sunscreen. I lead a healthy life by eating clean and lifting weights.

Being over 40 is a truly liberating experience. This stage of life brings a sense of confidence, self-acceptance, and emotional intelligence that I did not have in my younger years. I am much more comfortable in my skin, aware of my strengths and weaknesses, and focused on my goals and aspirations. Overall, being over 40 as a woman is a truly empowering experience. It's a time of growth, self-discovery, and celebration of life.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 requires self-care, confidence, and a positive attitude. I eat well, exercise, and sleep enough. I practice mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude. I embrace my uniqueness, focus on my strengths, and dress for confidence. I surround myself with positivity, celebrate my age, and stay curious. I prioritize relationships, take risks, and celebrate accomplishments.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my 33-year-old daughter pay for her wedding, help pay for my other daughter's art school, and pay off bills I've accrued while I'm pursuing a career as a Therapist. I would save whatever is left over to put towards my private practice when I graduate.
