I have so many reasons to be excited! The fact that I made it is already amazing. It is not like I have a wild life. Quite the opposite. I am probably one of the most boring persons you have ever met. But I always let stress and perfectionism have the best of me.
How do you stay fabulous?Take care of yourself. Regardless of what is happening around you or what you want to accomplish, remember that you won’t be able to do it if you are unwell. It isn’t being selfish. It’s just being pragmatic. Take time to take care of yourself. Make sure your needs are met. The healthier and stronger you are, the more you can do and accomplish.
