I feel what makes me Fabulously over 40 is redefining the aging attitude by being healthy and strong as a Senior at 66 years old.

I love the benefits I get from having the capabilities to be able for my heavy weight lifting/strength training. I also love being a healthy Grandma and seeing the pride in my family's face when they see that I'm doing all I can to stay healthy.
How do you stay fabulous?Being consistent and determined to continue on my healthy journey. Making sure that I'm doing all that I can to be available for my family and friends. Giving myself grace when needed and accepting the things in life that I have no control over.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my family on a once in a lifetime trip and what's left I would put it into a trust for my 4 grandbabies to share!
