Being over 40 is almost a right of passage to finally be unapologetically real and true to yourself. I enjoy the freedom to grow individually yet have the rewards of established relationships. I enjoy the wisdom I have gained over the years and welcome the lessons to come!
How do you stay fabulous?I read. A lot! I eat a healthy diet and I supplement well… perhaps a little too much. I do yoga, particularly hot yoga, run and strength train. I nurture close friendships as I believe the quality of one’s life depends on the quality of one’s relationship. I work hard in my career but take time for myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow. It would change my life. I would plan a much needed vacation. Sign up for some classes. I need to finish a half completed renovation of a bathroom. Splurge on some makeup! Sign up for Pilates, get a massage. Help my son that’s in school. So so many things!!
