Im selective with my energy and have mastered the art of saying no without guilt. Whether it’s declining an invitation or disengaging from drama, I know how to conserve my energy for things that truly matter. When it comes to savoring experiences I take the time to enjoy and immerse myself in the moment. Moments are fleeting & worth capturing to our best ability. I also focus on enjoyment more than achievement and try to live in each present moment authentically, with less multitasking.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is about embracing a holistic approach to well-being that nourishes both body and mind. For me this includes self-care, healthy diet, staying active, fueling my mind with knowledge & information that helps me grow, fostering genuine connections and keeping a positive mindset. Staying fabulous is all about balance, and when you nurture yourself holistically, you will radiate joy, beauty & positive energy. It's important to embrace life & let go of societal expectations.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off some hospital bills from reconstruction surgeries I’ve undergone for burn injuries. I would give a lot to my parents as a token of gratitude for their unwavering support and love. Additionally, I would contribute to 2 important orgs - my amazing friend Amanda's 4th Marathon Fundraiser for Dana Farber in honor of her mom Diane (https://www.facebook.com/share/6HpyLFNZtSJAfD4z/?mibextid=) & MGH Fraser Outpt. Burn Center in Boston. I'm also organizing a music fest & may invest a bit.
