What I love most about being over 40 is challenging social norms through fitness, and healthy habits while being a mother of three filled with joy continuously. Life is so beautiful and I’ve never let aging negativity impact it. Society might find getting older as a bad thing but I see all the beauty in it.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by having a balance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Putting God first I can do all things!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to take the money and give it to someone in need. Whether it is a non profit organization, children or families who need it, I would love to give and bless someone. With the rest of the money I would like to invest in a business venture. Fitness has been a great passion of mine my whole life, and it would be amazing to expand my passion to a new level.
