Personally I believe everything about being over 40 honestly is better, beautiful at that. There’s so much strength and grace to getting to be over 40 really it’s a privilege.
How do you stay fabulous?For me is about staying healthy spiritually physically mentally. I make time for myself everyday to just be. I rather enjoy the steam room at the gym and I do meditate pray while I’m there. For me currently it’s been the pool full body workouts. As for me I am very involved with my spiritual church community and it’s helps bring balance to this world we live in. So when I say Preach & Pray I really do everyday
What would you do with the $40,000?I think honestly I would take my kids and I on a much needed vacation . I would save some, pay off a few things.
