How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize my physical and mental well-being by maintaining consistent self-care, whether it’s through skincare, regular exercise, meditation, or taking time to rest, understanding at my age I need REST. Starting my day at 5:00 am (not always out of bed immediately, lol), I often head to the gym or a nearby park to listen to Audible, journal, or spend time praying and meditating, allowing my day, (each day) to start as organically as possible, some days are better then others and I allow that
