Feeling like I have never felt or looked better. For a long time I took care of others in my 40s I came into my own making me a priority.

The wisdom and role model I get to be to my daughter and other young women that look up to me. I look and feel greater than ever. I am happy and healthy both mentally and physically. I was overweight most of my life and lost 100 lbs 8 years ago. I not only kept the weight off but did a total lifestyle change. In doing so I learned more about my self and making "me" a priority. We cannot help others if we don't put ourselves first. I feel like I finally arrived & came into my own in my 40's.
How do you stay fabulous?Exercise, eat healthy, meditate and try new things. I've also finally started traveling. It's never too late to be happy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it away and use it to travel.
