I realized that now I am in my better moment. I feel more confident about myself, my decisions, with my body and just being myself. My self-esteem is strong, better than ever. I enjoy everything at all times. It’s silly to think that I spent many years doubting myself, my decisions and how others see me. No one should feel that way or wait until they are 40 to be themselves.
How do you stay fabulous?A few years ago I decided to bring a balance in my life, not only physical exercise, it includes taking care of my mental health also. In order to achieve a balance in my everyday. So aside from a balance diet, including exercise, supplements and meditation every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to make one of many trips that I have written down.
