I found my self after 40- I got divorced, switched jobs, found a man who sees me and for me. For the first time- I did not feel too much- I felt just right. And I am Able to bring that energy to work. I recommend co-parenting therapy to everyone- it teaches when you are speaking in hurt to hurt or retaliation or actually to get to a goal, also how you want be seen and how you need to be your authentic self.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise almost every day at least 30 min by walking my dog, Physique57 or something with the kids. I am reflective - I look at my goals and actions And make sure they are aligned. I work in academic medicine- and hade 6 kids- I want to make good accountable humans and I want my patients to be able to do all they can do- so fight against insurance companies and etc to ensure the patients get what they need.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take the 10k and use as seed money for the non profit- set up the board, make a wed site etc. The rest I would use to pay off debt-to be able to really start over in my blended family .
