How do you stay fabulous?Choose to be willing to feel fabulous and become irresistible. Choose to do the steps to feel fabulous for the sake of the absolute joy of feeling like a Goddess for the rest of your life. Embracing the art of aging gracefully begins with a good night's sleep. Movement is another magic wand in our arsenal. Dance classes can be fun and beneficial. Manage your stress. Managing stress is an art, and I've found mindfulness to be a trusty companion. Hydration is also a key player and eat healthy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I want simple things in life. Education is important to me, so I'd put the winnings into trusts for my children and to pay for their schooling. Although I might take some time off to explore fascinating places in the world. I’ve always wanted to take my family on a trip to make memories together, so I'd use some of my winnings to achieve that dream.
