What I appreciate about being over 40 is the sense of clarity and self-assurance that tends to come with age. By this stage, people often have a better understanding of themselves, their values, and what truly matters in life. There’s often less concern with external validation and more focus on enjoying meaningful relationships, pursuing passions, and maintaining balance. It’s a time when many feel empowered to set boundaries, prioritize well-being, and appreciate the journey more fully.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about balance and self-care! A few ways I keep that energy going: 1. Confidence: I own my uniqueness. Embrace what makes me and let that shine. 2. Health: Prioritize fitness, sleep, and nutrition. It’s easier to feel fabulous when you feel good. 3. Style: I Wear what makes me feel empowered. Even just adding a small accessory I love can uplift my mood. 4. Positivity: Surround my self with things, people, and activities that inspire and energize me.
What would you do with the $40,000?“If I win the $40,000, I would dedicate it to supporting causes close to my heart. As a mother and a proud grandmother I know how important family and community are. I would use the funds to help create opportunities for underprivileged families, focusing on access to healthcare, education, and resources for new parents—helping them to thrive just as I’ve been fortunate enough to witness in my own family. Giving back would be the most rewarding way to celebrate this milestone!
