How do you stay fabulous?Hydration! I’m passionate about proper hydration, it makes me feel my best and helps prevent overeating. It’s so easy to confuse hunger and thirst. High quality skincare, gentle exercise, and meditation are musts for me as well.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely indulge a bit and treat myself to something I want (not need) but realistically I would invest most of it.
