What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and clarity it brings. I’ve learned to let go of others’ expectations and focus on what truly matters. Life’s challenges feel more manageable, and I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for simple joys and relationships. It’s a time of gratitude, self-care, and living authentically, where every decision feels more intentional and aligned with who I am.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing balance and authenticity. I prioritize self-care, both physically and mentally, and stay connected to my passions, like teaching yoga. I surround myself with positive energy, nurture meaningful relationships, and keep growing. Staying true to who I am and finding joy in the little things keeps me grounded, glowing, and inspired every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in growing Neon Soul Yoga—expanding our offerings, creating more community events, and enhancing the digital platform. I’d also dedicate some to self-care and experiences that inspire creativity and balance, like a retreat or travel. Lastly, I’d give back, supporting causes that align with my mission of helping others, especially artisans in the TV/film industry.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
