Connect What do you love about being over 40?

I love the confidence of knowing who I am, how the unique path I've taken has shaped me & how this has allowed me to help advocate for others who have not yet found their voice. Life has been an incredible journey & there's no end to when you can continue to grow through adversity & push yourself to inspire others. I've learned that while my unique features attract attention & lead to challenges, they also provide an opportunity to cultivate resilience and strength.

How do you stay fabulous?

Practicing kindness is such an empowering way to show the world that you're fabulous! It's a win-win, because it's incredibly rewarding, de-stresses you & makes others feel good in return. Kindness is my super power and my sincerity about it is most definitely what makes me stand out, so when you sprinkle in my sense of humour about what make us all a little different, we have what makes me fabulously memorable!

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would excitedly pay off what I owe for the loans I accrued for going back to school in my 40s. Yes, Ladies, you can do it, too! I opted to chose a different career path & follow a dream to successfully obtain a new degree as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in my 40s. I was the only student in my class to maintain a 4.0 grade point average, as well as sit for & be awarded 2 national board registry exams prior to graduating from my program. 40s 100% rocks!
