I love being energetic . I love being able to do my workouts at the gym. I have been doing home exercises for 4 years.. I love being able to wear what I like.. Its amazing at this time I prioritize my foods daily.. And I have an amazing personality I can talk to anyone. A stranger mind you I can. It amazes me .sometimes how easily it happens unexpectedly. I know what health and wellness is really. And I do the work to be healthy in the mind and body.
How do you stay fabulous?I limit cooking fried foods. I like to air fry my foods. And I use olive oil and grape seed to sautéed my foods. I like to wok cook my veggies.. And I make stir fry for family dinners. . I purchase things for my self care that is Paraben free. Lastly, my family has learned what healthy is and what looks like from me. I believe the natural way is the best way.
What would you do with the $40,000?What I would do with the money I would continue to educate others on how important health and wellness is in life. I would write my cook book. And I would make my dream mom’s kitchen a business. I would become an entrepreneur .And reach out to everyone different cultures to make sure they are eating healthy. My dream is to bring cultures together with my healthy food platforms and business. And I would open my business Destiny making weddings affordable for brides. I appreciate this recognition
