What makes me fabulous over 40 is my drive to be a better versus of myself. I've raise my kids and now in my 40s I want to enjoy life.

What would you do with the $40,000?I would probably pay bills in order to catch up and I would use some for a down payment on a house. I've never own a house and being in my 40s I would love to have something I can call my own
