Despite my illnesses, I LOVE my life, my family- my hardworking husband & two phenomenal boys who keep me young at 44. I LOVE how much more comfortable I am in my own skin, though it’s taken me awhile to get here. I can’t express enough how LIBERATING it is to finally feel beautiful & exude confidence that comes with age. I owe my life and every blessing bestowed upon us to our Heavenly Father & our Savior, His Son, Jesus the Christ. He has gotten me through the darkest times of my life.
How do you stay fabulous?Beauty sleep is key… ha ha ha, I’m kidding… sort of! Due to my connective tissue disorder (hEDS) & Dysautonomia, I live w/ debilitating chronic illness, pain, fatigue & frequent dislocations, so yes, I do rest an awful lot. I try to avoid processed & eat healthy fats. I love creating recipes & playing challenging games & puzzles w/ my sons. Did I mention I’m an avid reader? I’ve polished off 9 THICK novels recently. Also, FAB= lots of water, coconut water, coconut oil & beef tallow ftw!!
What would you do with the $40,000?40Gs… hmmm, this would go so far for my family!! My husband and I would take a honeymoon finally, after being married for almost 12 years (12/21/12.) A family vacation for sure, but a big portion would go to help us w/ our new plumbing business. Since our vehicles are old, this $$ will help fix or replace them. Congrats to my hot Fab 40 man who got his contractor’s license earlier this year!! And I would donate a substantial amount to two of my favorite causes: saving animals and babies!!
