How do you stay fabulous?By being me. I don’t have this 500 step skin care routine. I don’t keep up with the latest fashion. I don’t have cosmos on weekends with 3 similarly fabulous ladies. I’m just unapologetically me. I’m honest about who I am and my struggles. I like to work out, spend time with my kids, read read read, and watch cringy dating shows.
What would you do with the $40,000?Never did I think at 42 I’d be single and financially insecure. I wish I could say I’d use the money to live out my Carrie Bradshaw fantasy (not the constant men the constant designer shoes). However being in the position I’m in I have to be smart. I’d use the money to pay off bills. I’m a teacher and it’s no secret we don’t get compensated fairly so I’d give back to some of my teacher besties so they can outfit their classrooms. Ok ok I’d also splurge on Henrik Lundqvist memorabilia!
